We at Texas A&M University invite you to Aggieland Saturday, an annual campus-wide open house for prospective students and their families. During this one day, you can meet current students, tour the dorms, visit libraries and computer labs and see what Texas A&M has to offer you. You can also learn more about our colleges and majors, get information about admission and pick up some financial aid and scholarship information, too.
You could spend 52 Saturdays working, cleaning your room or mowing the yard. Why not spend one Saturday in Aggieland? Register to attend by clicking the REGISTRATION link to the left. Registration is recommended but not required. So bring your family and friends, and we’ll see you in Aggieland on Saturday, February 16, 2013. (9:00am to 3:00pm)

We have a new kid’s show for SA – Super Why Live!
And an important update about next season’s Book of Mormon which will
be playing in San Antonio, Austin and Houston. For Book of Mormon
there is limited group seating and they are making BAA remove group
ordering when tickets go on sale to the public. Normally we can
continue to have group offers after tickets are on sale to the public.
What this means to us is that our group offer for Book of Mormon in SA
is active NOW until March 31 and that our offers for Austin and
Houston will be active in March, they will be sending me those order
This show is not for everyone but if interested order right away other
groups are also ordering.
You can continue to order for other active offers. The sooner you
order, the better the seat selection.

The Alamo Colleges Student Leadership Institute is proud to announce the 2013 Young Leaders Conference (YLC) to be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the Palo Alto College Performing Arts Center Auditorium. We would like to extend a warm invitation for your students to attend the YLC.
This year, our one-day event focuses on leadership and networking opportunities to introduce students to the Alamo Colleges. Our agenda includes leadership development workshops, a leadership panel for students and parents, and keynote speaker Dr. Pete Ostrum, large animal veterinarian and former child actor from the 1971 motion picture “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”.
The goals for the conference are simple, but bold: to provide a FREE one-day event for high school juniors, seniors, and their parents to engage in dialogue and activities and promote greater participation in student leadership development. In addition to the conference, there will be door prizes, ten $1,000 scholarships, and the High School Spirit Award (school with the highest participation),
We look forward to speaking with you about your attendance and participation in this ongoing. We have included the YLC program for your review. For more information please visit our website at http://www.alamo.edu/district/sli .
