The following is a listing of San Antonio area homeschool organizations. Each is classified by it type. The type definitions are listed in the left column of this page.


Of course, not all groups fall into such neat categories but I tried to place them appropriately for quick reference. Click on the organization for more information. You can get more information on homeschooling in San Antonio at the SA-HERO website, www.sahero.org. HERO acts as a clearing house for local information, hosts an annual conference, and provides a variety of activities open to all homeschoolers.

    We are a sports fitness facility specializing in Functional Movement Systems. We are located in San Antonio area at 1604 and Lockhill Selma. We would like work with home school students in all there PE and sports specific training.     Nova is a non-profit sports organization for homeschool students. We are currently offering basketball for boys and girls ages 10-18 with the hopes of adding other sports in the near future. We also offer grades (based on an established scoring system) that can be used for transcripts.
