A beginner's guide to the sport of mountain biking. This clinic will include classroom instruction, riding ethics and etiquette, minor repair tips and a general "how to" primer for folks wanting to get started with trail riding. A short ride will be included after the lecture, time and weather permitting. Participants must be 12 years of age or older. Class size is limited. Government Canyon SNA is currently unopened to public access, except for this special interpretive event. Donations raised will benefit our Lone Star Legacy Endowment Fund. 9 a.m.-1 p.m.; fee $5 donation per person; reservations required and will be taken starting ten days prior to event (210) 688-2208. |
