Event: Milkweed, Monarch Butterflies, Migrations and More

Milkweed, Monarch Butterflies, Migrations and More will be discussed at Monarch Madness at Medina River Natural Areas, 15890 Highway 16 South. 9 - 11 a.m. Learn about growing milkweed, raising caterpillars, hatching chrysalises and tagging Monarch butterflies as they make their way from Mexico to Canada and back. Presentation by seasoned Monarch butterfly tagger Monika Maeckle. $3 donation for individuals or $5 for families suggested. 624-2575.
