| INFINITY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, Inc. combines the best features of a traditional classroom education with the strengths of parent-led schooling for the goal of academic excellence within the framework of Christian discipleship. This concept of schooling gives parents the gift of time and the ability to take a more-hands-on role in their child’s education.
INFINITY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, Inc. seeks to partner with parents to provide: curriculum, direction and planning, classroom instruction, weekly lesson plans, daily assignments, periodic testing, class projects, labs, field trips, parties, and grade reports.
For the students it is our goal to provide: fellowship, encouragement, challenge, coaching, positive competition, accountability, godly character development, and foster spiritual growth.
We accomplish this through two days a week teacher-led classroom instruction with the remaining 3 days of school assignments done under the encouraging supervision of the parents at home. The parents partner with the school to mentor their children in Christian behavior, disciplined work habits, and to co-teach lessons.
The essential core subjects of Math, Language Arts (english, reading, writing, spelling), Science, and History, are taught on Tuesdays/Thursdays. An elective course in PE will be offered after-school on the same days. Other elective courses including Art, Improv, Spanish, Music, newspaper/yearbook, Bible, drama/theater may also be offered on Wednesdays. |
